What forms of payment do you accept ? We accept all major credit/debit
cards, checks and always cash. Tipping your groomer is always
appreciated !
Do I need an appointment for just a nail trim ? No, but you should
call ahead to let us know you are on your way with your pet. Nail
trim/grinding is $10.00 and should be done every few weeks to keep your pets
nails short and healthy!
I only have my pet groomed every six months/every year. Do you groom
these pets? Yes if your pet is NOT severely matted and used to being
handled, brushed and groomed at home. If your pet is severely matted or
aggressive we can direct you to a veterinary groomer who can have sedatives
administered. Primarily we groom pets that are kept up to date with their
grooming schedules of 4-8 weeks. We do reserve the right to refuse service
at any time for the safety of the pet and our groomers.
Can you use my pets prescription shampoo/conditioner? Yes if your pet
has a skin condition and is under a vets care we would be happy to use your
products. We do offer medicated (all natural plant based) shampoos and
conditioners if your pet has mild skin allergies that we can use when your
pet is bathed at the salon. Please discuss this with us when you come in for
your appointment.
My pet doesn't like certain things done to them when groomed, how do
you handle this? We use gentle compassionate grooming techniques, but we
will muzzle your pet if needed for their safety and ours. We use a soft
muzzle that does not constrict breathing or cause any discomfort or pain.
